Sept. 8

9 a.m.- Joshua Robert Smith, 27, rural Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of parole by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:23 a.m.- Brenda Lee Evans, 42, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 5th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

10:05 p.m.- Cole Alan Odneal, 21, Waterloo, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 1:25 p.m. after pleading guilty.

3 p.m.- Joy Carmelle Keahna, 26, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Sentenced and released on Sept. 18 at 3 p.m.

5:30 p.m.- Latoya Lanette Lewis, 28, Des Moines, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Juvenile arrested on a charge of assault-display of dangerous weapon by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.

Sept. 9

2:51 p.m.- Skyler Joeseph Steuhm, 18, Tama, arrested at South Broadway and Carleton streets on a charge of 1st offense of possession of alcohol under age by Toledo Police.

9:53 p.m.- Travis Michael Mask, 32, Traer, arrested in the 600 block of North Street, Traer, on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 10 at 12:35 p.m. after pleading guilty.

Sept. 10

8:59 a.m.- Rigoberto Banda, 38, Tama, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. 30 Expressway, rural Montour, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Sept. 11 at 12:04 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:55 a.m.- Adrian Ismael Castanon, 20, Tama, arrested in the 700 block of McClellan Street on a charge of driving under suspension by Tama Police. Released at 12:10 p.m. after pleading guilty.

2:54 p.m.- Christopher Stephen Fletcher, 36, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of South Broadway on a charge of 2nd degree burglary by Toledo Police.

Sept. 11

10:02 a.m.- Austin Lee Reding, 26, Forest City, Iowa, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of 1st degree harassment, criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct and on three warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 12:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
