Sept. 3
2:36 a.m.- Josie Lynn Cary, 29, Oxford, Iowa. arrested in the 1800 block of Business Highway 30 on charges of possession of marijuana 2nd offense, possession of contraband in correctional facility, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding by Toledo Police. Released at 10:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
10:06 p.m.- Thomas Edward O’Conner, 69, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of John Street on a charge of criminal trespassing by Tama Police. Released on Sept.. 4 at 9 a.m. after pleading guilty.
Sept. 4
12:19 p.m.- Mark Joseph Laures, 54, Waterloo, arrested in the 300 block of West 2nd Avenue on charges of driving under suspension and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by Toledo Police. Released at 4:05 p.m. after posting cash bond.
12:23 p.m.- Stacie Elizabeth Beard, 40, Waterloo, arrested in the 300 block of West 2nd Avenue on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 5 at 12:45 p.m. after pleading guilty.
Sept. 5
8:15 a.m.- Sara Rose Thomas, 28, Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office, Toledo, on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released at 1:30 p.m. after pleading guilty.
Sept. 6
12:45 p.m.- Troy Matthew Beckman, 32, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of south Church Street, on a charge of violation of a no contact order by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 7 at 11:20 a.m. on unsecured bond.
Sept. 7
4:01 p.m.- Letisia Bonilla-Perez, 26, Tama, arrested on four warrants for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
10:35 p.m.- Ebony Carmelita Banks, 41, Cedar Falls, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on charges of 3rd and 4th degree fraudulent practices and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Sept. 8 at 12:35 p.m
