Aug. 30

12:30 a.m.- Victor Arquis Garcia, 20, rural Tama, charged in the 3300 block of I Avenue on a charge of simple assault by Tama Police.

5:20 a.m.- Daniel Varena-Morales, 25, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Aug 31

11:45 a.m.- Allison Rose Dostal Purk, 21, traer, arrested in the 400 block of Business Highway 30 West on a warrant for violation of probation and violation of conditions of pre-trial release by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 14 at noon after serving time.

7:01 p.m.- Isiah Anthony Heredia, 19, Boone, arrested in Boone on a warrant for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Sept. 1

3:04 a.m.- Petrice Head, 43, rural Toledo, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:35 p.m.- Kelley Marie Clement, 37, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on two warrants for failure to appear by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on Sept. 2 at 11:25 a.m. after pleading guilty.

5:01 p.m.- Abdirasak Mohamed Issa, 34, Lexington, Neb., arrested in the 1000 block of South County road on charges of public intoxication and 5th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 2 at on unsecured bond.

5:02 p.m.- Abdirzak Nur Sheikh, 29, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South County Road, on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 2 at 12:25 p.m. after pleading guilty.

11:20 p.m.- Jarod Doyle Woodley, 24, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 7 at 4:50 p.m. after serving time.

Juvenile arrested at 17th and harding, Tama, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, possession of a controlled substance and registation violation by Toledo Police. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.
