2:30 p.m.- Austin Lee Reding, 26, Gilman, arrested in the 3100 block of Tama County Road D65, Dysart, on a charge of trespassing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:56 p.m.- Gilbert Valenzuela, 55, Marshalltown, arrested in the 3300 block of L Avenue, Tama, on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on Aug. 19 at 1:35 p.m. after pleading guilty.

4:56 p.m.- Travis Michael Mask, 32, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of north Leavering Street, Traer, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 24 at 2 p.m. after serving time.

9:20 p.m.- Luis Eduaro Chavarria-Martinez, 29, Chelsea, arrested at West 13th and McClellan streets on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and stop sign / yield sign violation by Tama Police. Released on Aug. 20 at 10:455 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:50 a.m.- Christopher Steven Davis Sr., 36, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of south Broadway on charges of false identification to law enforcement and on a warrant by Toledo Police.

Aug. 23

6a.m.-Jonathan Matthew Brown, 34, Berwick, Iowa, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, on a charge of 3rd degree harassment and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:31 p.m.- Nicole Martina Blake, 32, Tama, arrested at East 6th and Harmon streets on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and improper use of lanes by Tama Police. Released on Aug. 24 at 10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Aug. 24

7:40 a.m.- Bradley Joe Wood, 60, Des Moines, arrested at the Iowa Medical and Classification Center, Coalville, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11 p.m.- Juan Manuel Gonzalez-Cisneros, 21, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1400 block of the U.S. Highway 30 Expressway, rural Montour, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and driving while license suspended by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on aug. 25 at 1:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:56 a.m.- Daniel Wesley Davis Jr., 52, Des Moines, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of driving while barred, harassment of a public official / employee, false identification to law enforcement, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and violation of parole by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Aug. 26 at 10:19 p.m.

9:56 a.m.- Alex Michael Finn, 26, Des Moines, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of forgery, false identification to law enforcement, possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment of a public official . employee by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

3:30 p.m.- Angela Marie Rosenberger, 56, Ptole, Iowa, arrested in Indianola on a charge of 3rd degree harassment and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:14 p.m.- Marty Russell Troutwine, 38, Belle Plaine, arrested in the 1800 block of the U.S. Highway 30 Expressway, rural Toledo, on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Aug 26 at 10:55 a.m. on unsecured bond.

3:20 p.m.- Garrick Lee Davenport, 39, Toledo, arrested at B and West Ross streets on charges of driving under suspension, speeding and registration violation by Toledo Police. Released at 4:50 p.m. after posting cash bond.

5:12 p.m.- Thomas Jeremy Lopez, 23, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1600 block of McClellan Street, Tama, on a warrant for failure to appear and on a charge of speeding by Toledo Police.

2:30 a.m.- Timothy Allan Mackey, 60, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:10 a.m. on unsecured bond.

4:02 a.m.- Miguel Angel Martinez-Romero, 51, Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Hall Street on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released on Aug 28 at 1:20 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.
