4:55 p.m.- Brent Michael Boerm, 34, rural Toledo, arrested in the 1700 block of 210th Street, rural Toledo, on three counts o child endangerment- no injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 28 at 10:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

12:19 p.m.- Billy Gene Hunt, 46, Amana, had a trial information filed allegedly controlled substance violation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

3:41 p.m.- Jason Omar Grau-Solis, 31, Marshalltown, arrested in LeGrand on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:37 p.m.- Jeramy James Clement, 42, rural Dysart, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 5th degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:40 p.m.- John McCarthy Fitzpatrick, 18, Waterloo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 5th degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:41 p.m.- Cambridge Alan Skala, 21, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 5th degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
