1:21 a.m.- Marc Allen Comegys, 48, Bondurant, Iowa, arrested in the 1100 block of Lakeview Drive, Buckingham, on charges of going armed with intent, 1st degree harassment and assault while displaying a dangerous weapon by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released 4:45 p.m. after posting cash bond.

1:21 a.m.- Tina Christine Kelderman, 37, Bondurant, arrested in the 1100 block of Lakeview Drive, Buckingham, on two counts of simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:30 a.m. on unsecured bond.

9:10 a.m.- Chantelle Lee Wolf, 34, Rhodes, Iowa, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Aug. 13

9:44 a.m.- Alisha Marie Schminkey, 37, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Commercial and Grandview streets on a charge of driving under suspension by Toledo Police. Released on Aug. 14 at 9 a.m. after serving time.

3:19 p.m.- Donovan King Ward, 35, Cedar Rapids, arrested at East 13th Street and Thomas Drive in a charge of driving while license denied / revoked by Tama Police.

7:51 p.m.- Carla Dawn Askildsen, 48, rural Chelsea, arrested at West 8th and Harding streets, Tama, on charges of child endangerment- serious injury and child endangerment – no injury by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Aug. 15 t 10:20 a.m.

8:51 p.m.- Dakota Robert McFatridge, 24, Montezuma, arced at the Mahaska County Jail, Oskaloosa, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 15 at 9:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Aug. 15

6:49 a.m.- Billy Gene Hunt, 46, Anamosa, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge f possession of a controlled substance by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 10:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:40 a.m.- Hillary Lee Hunt, 32, Independence, arrested in he 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:25 a.m.- Jacquelyn Anne Manatt, 35, Brooklyn, Iowa, cited by court on a charge of 4th degree theft field by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

10:25 a.m.- Erica Lynn Velez, 26, Tama, cited by court on a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

1:37 p.m.- Theresa Lin Evans, 48, Toledo, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 8:20 p.m. on surety bond.

3:43 p.m.- Beverly Mae Putter, 61, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of East 3rd Street on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on Aug. 16 t 11:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

8:26 p.m.- Leigha Irene Welch, 25, Toledo, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Aug. 16

6:19 p.m.- Daniel Robert Folkerts, 26, rural Dysart, arrested at south Iowa Highways 8 and 21 on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred on Aug. 17 at 11:15 a.m.

Aug. 17

12:30 p.m.- Wayne Paul Johnson Jr., 43, Jefferson, Iowa, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, on five counts of forgery by Toledo Police and on a warrant for failure to appear and a second warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Juvenile arrested in he 800 block of South Main on a warrant by Toledo Police. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.
