7:50 p.m.- Daniel mouses Guerra, 24, Toledo, arrested at 300th Street and K Avenue, rural Toledo, on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, obstructing prosecution, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, vehicle insurance violation, no valid’s driver’s license and failure to maintain control of motor vehicle. 4:37 p.m.- Dallas Ray Poweshiek, 57, rural Montour, arrested in the 100 block of South McClellan on a charge of 3rd offense consumption / intoxication by Tama Police.

6:24 p.m.- Betsy Kay Johnson, 39, Traer, arrayed in the 800 block of 1st Street, Traer, on a charge of accessory to a misdemeanor and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff ‘Office. Released at 7:45 p.m. after posting cash bond.
