11:35 p.m.- Haley Lynn Frese, 23, Belle Plaine, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance – 3rd or subsequent offense, unlawful possession of prescription drug and driving while license denied or revoked by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Aug. 3 at 12:50 p.m. on surety bond.

Aug. 3

11:15 a.m.- Suad Covic, 25, Waterloo, arrested in the 10 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Office.

9:40 p.m.- Dawn Renee Brown, 44, Montezuma, arrested in the 3300 block of L Avenue, Tama on a charge of driving while under suspension by Tama Police.

Aug. 4

Anita Nevarez-Ramos, 29, Marshalltown, arrested at a time and location not noted in the Press Arrest Log on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police.

9:55 p.m.- Grove Matthew Roark, 53, Des Moines, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Aug. 5 at 11:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Aug. 5

12:27 a.m.- Gregory Louis Risse, 57, Parkersburg, arrested in the 3300 block of B41 at H Avenue, Tama, on two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 5 at 2:35 a.m. on surety bond.
