July 27

11:56 p.m.- Samantha Rae Donaldson, 33, Adams, Minn., arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on warrant for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred on July 28 at 2:49 a.m.

July 28

1:15 a.m.- Sergio Macario Lagunas, 32, Tama, arrested in the 900 block of Seymour on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and simple domestic abuse assault by Tama Police. Released on July 29 at 9:05 p.m. after posting cash bond.

1:32 a.m.- Lance Mandell Walker, 37, Marshalltown, arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 west on charges of 3rd offense consumption / intoxication and 5th degree theft by Toledo Police.

10:15 a..m.- Matthew Allen James Butts, 37, Marshalltown, arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 West on a warrant for violation of terms of probation. Shipped out at 6:35 a. m. on Aug. 8.

10:15 a.m.- Shody James Hunt, 39, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Office.

Juvenile arrested on a charge of 3rd degree sexual abuse- 12- 13 year-old by Tama Police. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

4:23 p.m.- Reis Stanley Hauser, 35, Marshalltown, arrested at the Tama Co. courthouse, Toledo, on two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Office. Released at 5:50 p.m. after posting cash bond.

8:47 p.m.- Mohamud A. Mohammed, 28, Tama, arrested at Business Highway 30 and Broadway on charges of public intoxication and interference with official acts by Toledo Police. Released on Aug. 8 at 1:45 p.m. after serving time.

July 29

9:03 a.m.- Joel Martin Miller, 48, Des Moines, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of 3rd degree theft, possession of contraband in a correctional facility, possession of controlled substance and violation of parole by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

9:03 a.m.- Cindy Jeanne Lynch, 54, Ankeny, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 5th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

5:01 p.m.- Carl Edward Jackson Jr., 38, Waterloo, arrested in the 3000 block of U.S. Highway 30, rural Chelsea, on charges of driving while barred, driving while under suspension, speeding and vehicle insurance violation by the Tama Co. Sheriff’s Office. Released at 7:15 p.m. on surety bond.
