July 20

9:11 p.m.- Jonita Rae Fields, 52, Sioux City, arrested at the Isa County Jail, Ida Grove, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 21 at 11:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9:40 p.m.- Allison Rose Dostal-Purk, 21, Traer, arrested on the 200 block of North Main, Traer, on a charge of 2nd degree theft, five counts of felony forgery, a warrant for violation of terms of probation and a second warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Two juveniles arrested by Toledo Police each on charges of 2nd degree burglary and 2nd degree theft by Toledo Police. Transported by Central Iowa detention. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

July 21

10:33 a.m.- Levi Cruz Troxell, 22, Tama, arrested in the 1700 block of 300th Street, rural Toledo, on charges of operating a motor vehicle without owners consent and driving under suspension by Tama Police. Released July 25 at 7:50 p.m. on surety bond.

2:42 p.m.- Kolby James Starits, 24, Waterloo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of false report to a public entity by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred on Aug. 2 at 8:15 p.m.

July 22

5 p.m.- Dale Raves Holliday, 46, Elberon, arrested in the 700 block of South County Road on a warrant by Toledo Police. Transferred on July 23 at 11:15 a.m.

7:34 p.m.- Tamara Kay Becker, 56, Cedar Falls, cited in the 1500 block of 305th Street, Tama, on a charge of simple assault by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

July 23

7:42 a.m.- James Allen Thornton, 55, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on charges of injury / interference with police dog, drunken driving, interference with official acts, failure to maintain control, reckless driving, failure to obey traffic control device and six warrants. Released on July 23 at 12:25 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:04 p.m.- Donald Lang Leonard, 41, Chelsea, arrested on the 300 block of 2nd Avenue on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by Toledo Police. Released on July 24 at 11:55 a.m. for a reason listed as “other.”

6:45 p.m.- CrystleMarguerite Rivera-Martinez, 23, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of East 3rd Stret on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Release on July 25 at 9:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:06 p.m.- Selena Felopa Baustista, 21, Tama, arrested in the 3300 block of L Ave., rural Tama, on a charge of making a false report of and indictable crime by Tama Police. Released on July 25 at 9:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

July 25

9:47 a.m.- Harold Eugene Enlow, 56, Washington, Iowa, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse, on charges of harassment by communication, violation of a no contact order and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on July 26 at 10:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:55 a.m.- Kayla Lynn Dostal, 27, Serona, Wisc., arrested at the Washburn County Jail, Shell Lake, Wisc., on five counts of forgery, a charge of 2nd degree theft and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 27 at 12:45 a.m. on surety bond.

10:45 a.m.- Thomas Eric Desforges, 31, Eldora cited by the court on a charge of 4th degree criminal mischief filed by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

July 27

1:22 a.m.- Jeramy James Clement, 42, rural Dysart, arrested in the 1300 block of 61st Street, rural Dysart on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:55 a.m.- Brian Eugene Casebolt, 53, rural Garwin, arrested in the 2800 block of C Avenue, rural Garwin, on a charge of non-support of a dependent adult and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2p.m.-Cameisha Chavala Underwood, 32, Marshalltown, arrested at the Story County Jail, Nevada, on a charge of unauthorized use of a credit card and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on July 28 at 12:55 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:35 p.m.- Brandon Michael Feickert, 36, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:46 p.m.- Robert Vincent Mitchell, 45, Marengo, arrested at U.S. Highway 6 and Western Avenue, Marengo, on charges of driving under suspension, speeding, fraudulent use of registration and three warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 28 at 10:20 a.m. after pleading guilty.
