11:45 a.m.- Rose Lee Beranek, 35, Cedar Rapids, was charged in the 300 block of West 2nd Avenue with driving while barred by Toledo Police. She was released ta 9:50 p.m. on surety bond.

It was incorrectly reported in the Aug. 9 issue of The Chronicle Beranek was charged with forgery. She was not – a passenger in her vehicle was charged with forgery.

Released on Aug. 4 at 10:07 a.m. on surety bond.

4:11 p.m.- Theron Dale Garcia, 24, Toledo, arrested in the 700 block of East State street on four counts of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by Toledo Police.

July 20

2:42 a.m.- Jessica Anita Perez, 27, homeless, arrested in the 400 block of Oswego Street on a charge of criminal trespassing by Tama Police.

4:50 p.m.- Keisha Antoinette Thomas, 24, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on July 21 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:11 p.m.- Jonita Rae Fields, 52, Sioux City, arrested at the Isa County Jail, Ida Grove, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Juyl 21 at 11:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9:40 p..m- Allison Rose Dostal-Purk, 21, Traer, arrested on the 200 block of North Main, Traer, on a charge of 2nd degree theft, five counts of felony forgery, a warrant for violation of terms of probation and a second warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Two juveniles arrested by Toledo Police each on charges of 2nd degree burglary and 2nd degree theft by Toledo Police. Transported by Central Iowa detention. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

July 21

10:33 a.m.- Levi Cruz Troxell, 22, Tama, arrested in the 1700 block of 300th Street, rural Toledo, on charges of operating a motor vehicle without owners consent and driving under suspension by Tama Police. Released July 25 at 7:50 p.m. on surety bond.

2:42 p.m.- Kolby James Starits, 24, Waterloo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of false report to a public entity by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.Transferred on Aug. 2 at 8:15 p.m.

July 22

5 p.m.- Dale Raves Holliday, 46, Elberon, arrested in the 700 block of South County Road on a warrant by Toledo Police. Transferred on July 23 at 11:15 a.m.

7:34 p.m.- Tamara Kay Becker, 56, Cedar Falls, cited in the 1500 block of 305th Street, Tama, on a charge of simple assault by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

July 23

7:42 a.m.- James Allen Thornton, 55, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on charges of injury / interference with police dog, drunken driving, interference with official acts, failure to maintain control, reckless driving, failure to obey traffic control device and six warrants. Released on July 23 at 12:25 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:04 p.m.- Donald Lang Leonard, 41, Chelsea, arrested on the 300 block of 2nd Avenue on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by Toledo Police. Released on July 24 at 11:55 a.m. for a reason listed as “other.”
