4:03 p.m.- Joshua Ray Downs, 25, Chelsea, arrested in the 1200 block of 8th Avenue, Belle Plaine, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office and on a charge of driving while license denied or revoked by Belle Paine Police Released on July 17 at 10:39 a.m. after pleading guilty.

July 17

8:10 p.m.- Victor Manuel Jauregui, 30, Des Moines, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

July 18

11:45 a.m.- Rose Lee Beranek, 35, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 300 block of 2nd Avenue, on a charge of forgery by Toledo Police.

11:13 p.m.- Adam Wayne Schmidt, 33, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of John Street on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and huffing by Tama Police. Released on July 19 at 11:10 a.m. after pleading guilty.
