3:30 p.m.- Jon Robert Harris, 53, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on three warrants for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 4 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.
July 13
10:32 a.m.- Gabriel Louise Garcia, 18, Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of McClellan Street, Tama, on a charge of 4th degree theft by Toledo Police.
4 p.m.- Reis Stanley Hauser, 35, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 5:25 p.m. after posting cash bond.
July 14
2:45 p.m.- Maurice Lamont Turner, 42, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of north Broadway, Toledo, on four charges of violation of a domestic no contact order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
July 15
2:49 a.m.- Jasmine Marie Rios, 21, Des Moines, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. 30 Expressway, rural Montour, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, speeding and driver with open container of alcohol by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 1 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:13 p.m.- Thomas Eric Desforges, 31, Eldora, arrested at North County Road and West Washington streets, Toledo, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, eluding-injury, driving while barred and speeding by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 16 at 1:39 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
9:52 p.m.- Chad LeRoy Butrick, 36, Dt. dodge, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. 30 Expressway, rural Tama, on charges of possession a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released onJuly 16 at 12:35 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
