1:10 p.m.- Roeles Reyes Cavazos, 22, rural Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

July 11

9:05 a.m.- Neal Clayton Benesh, 65, Luzerne, Iowa, cited to court on a charge of 4th degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:32 p.m.- Austin Collin Fiebelkorn, 24, Marion, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for failure ot appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on July 18 at 4:20 p.m.

July 12

9:51 a.m.- Nathan Christopher McAdoo, 19, rural Toledo, arrested in the 1300 block of South Church Street, Toledo, on charges of possession of alcohol under legal age and false identification to law enforcement by Tama Police.
