11:40 p.m.- David Brock Lemke, 65, Kellogg, arrested at Tama County Roads E49 and T47, Montour, on charges of drunken driving and open container by driver in a motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 5 at 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

July 5

11:13 p.m.- Audrey Jean Johnson, 18, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect drive on charges of possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and two warrants by Toledo Police. Released on July 6 at 10:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

July 6

2:17 a.m.- Michael John Baker, , arrested in the 2800 block of Iowa Highway 8, Traer, on charges of 4th degree theft, 5th degree theft, and two charges of contempt- violation of no contact order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:48 a.m.- Ahmed Warsame, 38, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of South Broadway on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Released at 12:40 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:16 a.m.- Nigel Xavier Yarbrough, 27, Belle Plaine, arrested in the 3300 block of L Avenue, Tama, on a charge of 3rd degree theft by Tama Police.

12:40 p.m.- Ronald Ray Kerr, 49, addresses of homeless and Brooklyn, Iowa, arrested at the Grinnell Police department on charges of conspiracy to commit AGMS, 5th degree theft and two warrants by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

July 7

1:45 a.m.- Bryce John Climer, 22, Toledo, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a warrant for violation of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 2:30 p.m. after posting cash bond.

5:08 a.m.- Lal Sai Lova, 33, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West 4th Street on sa warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Released on July 9 at 8:25 p.m. after posting cash bond.

5:33 a.m.- John Ryan Cannon, 34, Brooklyn, Iowa, arrested on the 100 block of North Franklin Street, Montour, on charges of assault causing bodily injury and violation of parole by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:30 p.m.- William Joseph Renken, 54, Grinnell, arrested at the Jasper County Jail, Newton, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 8 at 4:20 p.m. after pleading guilty.

5:50 p.m.- Tori Lynee Bullard, 37, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a charge of 2nd degree theft and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on July 19 at 8:30 a.m. on order of the court.

7:37 p.m.- Jonathan Thomas Cowles, 27, Des Moines, arrested in the 200 block of South State Street, on a charge of violation of parole by Tama Police. Transferred on July 14 at 7:55 a.m.

July 8

1:15 a.m.- Conner Alex Fasse-Shaw, 24, Toledo, arrested at West Ross and B streets on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, speeding and possession of a controlled substance by Toledo Police. Released at 1:43 p.m. on a promise to appear.

Juvenile arrested in the 3600 block of Tama County Road T47 on charges of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and driving without a license by Toledo Police. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest log.
