June 2

7:20 p.m.- Michelle Allene Brashear, 38, Clinton, Iowa, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of 2nd offense possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, driving while license revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia, and open container of alcoholic beverage in a vehicle by driver 21 years-old or older by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

8:55 p.m.- John McCarthy Fitzpatrick, 18, Waterloo, arrested in the 1700 block of T Avenue, Traer, on charges of 3rd degree burglary, two counts of 1st degree criminal mischief, 2nd degree criminal mischief, 1st degree theft, 2nd degree theft, two counts of attempted 3rd degree burglary and 2nd degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:55 p.m.- Suad Covic, 24, Waterloo, was arrested in the 1700 block of T avenue, rural Traer, on charges of 3rd degree burglary, attempted 3rd degree burglary, two counts of 1st degree criminal mischief, 2nd degree criminal mischief, 1st degree theft and two counts of 2nd degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

June 3

6:15 a.m.- Joshua Mark Casey, 35, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of East 10th Street, Tama, on two counts of child endangerment – no injury by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release at 6:35 p.m.

6:38 a.m.- Danielle Diane Johnson, 25, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of East 10th Street, Tama, on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving and two counts of child endangerment – no injury by Toledo Police and domestic abuse assault with intent by Tama Police. Placed on pre-trial release on June 3 at 6 p.m.

June 4

6:34 p.m.- Joshua Joe Sprague, 40, Marshalltown, arrested in LeGrand on a charge of violation of terms of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 4 at 8 p.m. on order of the court.

June 5

9:43 a.m.- Jovian Vernon Jefferson, 27, rural Montour, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

11:16 a.m.- Joshua Mark Casey, 35, Tama, cited to court on a charge of obstructing emergency communication by Toledo Police.

5 p.m.- John McCarthy Fitzgerald, 18, Waterloo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:15 p.m.- Cambridge Alan Skala, 20, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on four counts of felony forgery and a charge of 2nd degree theft by Toledo Police.

June 6

8:45 a.m.- Crystal Marie Lennie, 27, Tama, arrested in the 700 block of Siegel Street on a warrant by Tama Police.

2:05 p.m.- Donald Scott Baker, 45, Osceola, Mo., arrested at the Fremont county Jail, Sidney, Iowa, on a charge of 3rd degree burglary and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:26 p.m.- Robert James Morgan, 29, Tama, arrested in the 1100 block of south Broadway, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Tama Police.

7 p.m.- Patric Don Nelson, 33, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk county Jail, Waterloo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 7 at 11:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.

June 7

4:20 a.m.- Deven Ray Spinks, 27, Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street,t rural Tama, on charges of obstruction of prosecution or defense and driving under suspension by Tama Police and on two warrants by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 4:05 p.m. on surety bond.

9:30 a.m.- Patric Don Nelson, 33, Waterloo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on sa warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. released at 11:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.

June 9

2:29 p.m.- Skyler Jerome johnson, 21, rural Tama, arrested in the 700 block of West Ross street on charges of driving under suspension, vehicle insurance violation and speeding by Toledo Police.

6:25 p.m.- Jared Michael Youngbear, 22, rural Tama, arrested in LeGrand on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:20 p.m.- Tara May Hill, 29, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 100 block of Business Highway 30, on a charge of driving under suspension by Toledo Police.

June 10

9:36 a.m.- Dale Lee Linsey, 48, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Eats State Street, Toledo on ca charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 11 at 7:35 p.m. after pleading guilty.

June 11

2:33 p.m.- James Tyree Fisher, 26, Waterloo, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 – Iowa Highway 96 junction, rural traer, on charges of driving under suspension, speeding and unsafe passing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 5:30 p.m. on surety bond.

2:57 p.m.- Adrian Ismael Castanon, 19, Tama, arrested at West 14th and Harding streets, Tama, on charges of driving under suspension and vehicle insurance violation by Toledo Police.
