May 28

2:17 a.m.- Ryan Charles Werning, 26, Belle Plaine, arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 West on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, obstruction prosecution or defense, driving while license denied or revoked and making false report to public entity by Toledo Police. Released on May 29 at 8:10 a.m. after posting cash bond.

3:10 a.m.- Jessika Lynn Schafbuch, 25, Belle Plaine, arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 West on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released at 11:10 a.m. on a promise to appear.

9:51 p.m.- Nikki Lynn Clark, 37, Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of Overlook Drive, Tama, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 12:30 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:22 p.m.- Jonah Chase Washburn, 29, Waterloo, arrested in the 2100 block of U.S. Highway 63, rural Toledo, on charges of driving while license denied or revoked and speeding by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

May 30

2:03 a.m.- Raul Santos-Reyes, 27, Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of Trojan Road on charges of domestic abuse assault with injury and false imprisonment by Tama Police.

4:40 p.m.- Rhonda Jean Himschoot, 45, Traer, arrested at 4th and Walnut streets, Traer, on a charge of driving while barred by the Iowa State Patrol.

7:43 p.m.- Richard Howard Garvin, 61, Jackson, Minn., arrested at 110th Street and U.S. Highway 63, Buckingham, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and motor carrier safety rules violation by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 9:55 p.m. on surety bond.

May 31

12:28 a.m.- Ahmed Hasan, 29, Cactus, Texas, arrested on a warrant in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 West by Toledo Police. Released on June 1 at 7:30 p.m.

5:10 a.m.- Zachariah Lewis Dostal, 27, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2200 block of Park Road, rural Toledo, on charges of 1st degree harassment and 4th degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 1 at 9:10 a.m. on surety bond.

5:10 a.m.- Kayla Lynn Dostal, 27, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2200 block of Park Road, rural Toledo, on a charge of 4th degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:10 a.m.- Randy Lewis Dostal, 66, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2200 block of Park Road, rural Toledo, on charges of going armed with intent, assault- display of dangerous weapon and 4th degree criminal mischief. Placed on pre-trial release on June 8 at 2:20 p.m.

9:30 a.m.- Diaz Vincent Sheridan, 29, rural Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road, rural Tama, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:07 p.m.- Derek Wayne Mathes, 35, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Tama Police. Released on June 1 at 11:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

June 1

7:40 a.m.- Marcus Martell Leavy, 33, Waterloo, arrested at the Iowa Medical and Classification Center, Coralville, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:30 a.m.- Brent Joseph Thompson, 32, Newton, arrested in the 100 block of West High, Toledo, on charges of 1st offense 3rd degree burglary – vehicle, two counts of 4th degree theft, two counts of 3rd degree burglary, violation of a no contact order and two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 13 after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

June 2

8:31 a.m.- Ahmed Hasan, 29, Cactus, Texas, arrested in the 400 block of Business Highway 30 West on a charge of 3rd degree harassment by Toledo Police. Released on June 3 at 12:50 p.m. on order of the court.

11:49 a.m.- Maschelle Joan Duff, 53, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 West on a charge of 4th degree theft by Tama Police and on two warrants by Toledo Police.

Noon- John Thomas Archer, 52, Des Moines, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 9 at 8:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:30 p.m.- Maschelle Joan Duff, 53, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:08 p.m.- Kurt Alan Olson, 59, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2400 block of 270th Street, rural Toledo, on charges of tampering with a witness or juror, 3rd degree harassment and two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 5:10 p.m. after posting cash bond
