11:28 p.m.- Andrew Andres Carrillo, 23, Waterloo, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. 30 Expressway, rural Montour, on charges of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, possession of controlled substance, driving under suspension and failure to obey stop / yield sign by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
May 26
6:30 a.m.- Theron Dale Garcia, 23, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of N. Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
8:05 p.m.- Johnny Seed, 56, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of North Broadway on a charge of 1st degree harassment and on a warrant by Toledo Police.
May 27
10:46 a.m.- Ibrahim Yuusef Muhammed, 25, homeless, arrested in the 100 block of South Broadway on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication by Toledo Police. Release on May 28 at 9:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.
11:29 a.m.- Choyce Lashay Rochon, 30, Wet Des Moines, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and K Avenue, rural Traer, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, speeding, unsafe passing, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and vehicle insurance violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 28 at 1:45 a.m. on surety bond.
1:13 p.m.- Bruce Patrick Mask, 60, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Broadway, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 29 at 10:45 a.m. after posting cash bond.
9:17 p.m.- Martin Robert Annis, 60, Iowa City, arrested in the 300 block of Tama County Road E66, Chelsea, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and failure to maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on May 28 at 10:35 a.m.
May 28
1:21 a.m.- Wendy Lee Witt, 39, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East 3rd Street on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway by Tama Police. Released at 1 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
