Tama-Toledo Blood Drive coming June 21
It doesn’t take a disaster for someone to need blood.
One in seven people entering a hospital will need blood to survive. Cancer patients, premature babies, mothers after delivery, trauma and burn victims, those undergoing transplants and so many more people will require a blood transfusion this week alone.
Do your part and give back to the community at an upcoming blood drive in your area.
Tama and Toledo Communities Blood Drive is Wednesday, June 21 from 2-6 p.m. at Tama Civic Center, 305 Siegel.
