May 16

8:14 p.m.- Maschelle Joan Duff, 53, Tama arrested in the 200 block of West 4th Street on a warrant and a charge of interference with official acts by Tama Police.

9:12 p.m.- Pierce Jalen Kelly, 23, Toledo arrested at Commercial Street and Prospect Drive on charges of driving while license suspended, vehicle insurance violations and operating a non-registered vehicle by Toledo Police. Released at 9:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

10:15 p.m.- Dillon Joseph Meldrem, 27, Grinnell, arrested at the Poweshiek County Jail, Montezuma, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 18 at 2:10 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

May 17

12:08 a.m.- Misty Marie Weida, 42, Traer, arrested in the 400 block of 5th Street, Traer, on a charge of simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

8:30 a.m.- Devin Ray Spinks, 26, Tama, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a charge of driving while license suspended and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released at 12:20 p.m. on surety bond.

May 18

12:06 a.m.- Travis Ryan Dolash, 29, Garwin, arrested in the 1300 block of Longhorn Lane, Garwin, on a charge of assault causing bodily injury and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release at 1 p.m.

9:03 a.m.- Dylan Shawn Ward, 24, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East High Street on two warrants by Toledo Police. Released at 4:30 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:30 a.m. – Michael Jon Weatherly, 57, Conrad, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 19 at 11:20 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

11:22 a.m.- Maurice Lamont Turner, 42, Garwin, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on five counts of violation of a no contact order – domestic by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Noon- William Harold Purk II, 69, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of State Street, Tama, on charges of permitting lascivious acts with a child, incest, sexual assault – no injury, 2nd degree sexual abuse, and two counts of indecent exposure by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
