April 21
1:45 a.m.- Michael John Baker, 50, Traer, arrested in the 28 block of Iowa Highway 8, rural Traer, on charges of going armed with intent, obstruction of emergency communications and interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
2:49 a.m.- Shaun Michael Mehaffy, 39, Gladbrook, arrested in the 100 block of Johnston Street, Gladbrook, on a charge domestic abuse assault -2nd or subsequent offense by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:0 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
8:40 a.m.- Angela Marie Rosenberger, 55, Prole, Iowa, cited to the court on a charge of 3rd degree harassment filed by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
9:31 a.m.- Oliver Maheshe Balagizi, 39, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the 380 northbound mile marker, Tama, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 1:30 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.
Rachelle Ann McFatridge, 27, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 100 block of East Ohio Street on a warrant for violation of probation by Toledo Police.
9:15 p.m.- Terrence Martez Gordon, 27, Waterloo arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a charge of violation of a domestic no contact order and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on April 25 at 11:45 a.m. after serving time.
April 22
1:12 a.m.- Matthew James Chizek, 27, Cedar Falls, arrested in the 2200 block of P Avenue, rural Traer, on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving and vehicle insurance violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
12:09 p.m.- Rodney Dale Wilson, 62, Grimes, Iowa, arrested in Marshalltown on two counts of 1st degree harassment and on a charge of eluding by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
12:25 p.m.- Lori Lyn Mason, 46, Gladbrook, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
7:11 p.m.- Patricia Barrientos-Sotelo, 30, Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Siegel on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on April 23 at 11:37 a.m. after pleading guilty.
April 23
12:20 a.m.- Scott Charles Mauritzen, 44, Toledo, arrested in the 1800 block of Tama County Road E49, Tama, on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, vehicle insurance violation and failure ot maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
1 p.m.- Kiedis Dayton Old Bear, 24, rural Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, for violation of parole by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
3:07 p.m.- Rose Marie Livingston, 31, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1300 block of Iowa Highway 96, Gladbrook, on charges of driving while barred, driving under suspension, fraudulent use of registration, vehicle insurance violation, and two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 24 at noon on personal recognizance bond.
April 24
10:40 a.m.- Seger Tyrone Brown, 38, rural Montour, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton Street on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police. Released at 2:05 p.m. on surety bond.
Juvenile arrested in the 500 bloc of Hall Street on a charge of 2nd degree theft by Tama Police. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.
April 25
10 .m.- Kathy Jo Overland, 57, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of set High Street on a charge of violation of a no contact / domestic order by Toledo Police.
April 26
1:24 a.m.- Dana Michael Graff, 36, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of Park Street on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Tama Police. Released at 3:41 a.m. on surety bond.
12:40 p..m- Rachelle Ann McFatridge, 27, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
10:13 p.m.- Brandie Renee Butterfield, 32, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of East Broad Street, Montour, on a warrant bt the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
