April 14
3:08 a.m.- Rachelle Ann McFatridge, 27, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 400 block of West Business Highway 30 on a warrant for violation of term of probation by Toledo Police. Released on April 15 at 1:`5 a.m. after posting surety bond.
8:15 .m.- Harold Eugene Enlow, 55, Washington, Iowa, arrested in the 100 block of West High Street, on a charge of disorderly conduct by Toledo Police and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 9:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
9:48 a.m.- Steven Lee Underwood, 49, Des Moines, arrested in the 300 block of Siegel on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released at 10:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
9 p.m.- Derek Warren Poweshiek, 58, rural Montour, arrested at Business Hgihway 30 and East 5th Stret on a chage of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on April 16 t
9:25 p.m. after serving time.
April 15
6:22 p.m.- Travis Michael Mask, 32, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of Leavering Street, Traer, on charge of violation of a no contact protective order. Released on April 1 at 10:25 a.m. on unsecured bond.
April 16
1:04 a.m.- Theron Dale Garcia, 23, Toledo, arrested in the `00 block of Business Highway 30 West on a charge of driving under suspension by Toledo Police.
1:27 p.m.- Ana Gaytan, 20, arrested at U.S. 30 Expressway at C Avenue, rural Montour, on charges of driving while barred, driving under suspension, speeding and vehicle insurance violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 4:25 p.m. on surety bond.
3:30 p.m.- Aaron Levi Ditmarson, 23, Tama, arrested at Business Highway 30 at 5th Street on charges of 1st degree theft, operate motor vehicle without owner’s consent, driving while under suspension, violation of a restricted license and on two warrants by Tama Police.
April 17
6:13 p..m- Jeremy Kith Aschbrenner, 30, Evansdale, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a warrant for failure to appear. Released on April 21 at 10:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
April 18
8:16 p.m.- Jeffery Joseph Dorn Gates, 20, Cedar Falls, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order, on a warrant for failure to appear and on a second warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
