April 3

2:30 p.m.- Christopher Michael Ratcliff, 41, Brooklyn, Iowa, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on three counts of 5th degree theft and three counts of criminal trespassing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 4 at 8:20 p.m. after pleading guilty.

6 p.m.- Brent Joseph Thompson, 32, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2200 block of K Avenue on charges of possession of a controlled substance, trafficking in stolen weapons, false report of indictable crime, simple domestic abuse assault and unauthorized possession of offensive weapons by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 4 at 2:05 p.m. on surety bond.

April 4

1:05 p.m.- Alexah Marva Mauskemo, 22, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton Street on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police.

April 5

8:11 a.m.- Scott Alan Stephens, 37,

Traer, arrested at 8th Street and Main Street, Traer, on charges of driving while license denied / revoked and two counts of driving under suspension by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 4:10 p.m. after posting cash bond.

11:04 a.m.- Bruce Patrick Mask, 60, Traer, cited by court on a charge of 5th degree theft filed by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:05 p.m.- Christopher Lee Love, 45, Boone, arrested at the Boone county Jail, Boone, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance- 3rd or subsequent offense and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:08 p.m.- Dewey Youngbear Bass, 38, State Center, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

April 6

9:13 a.m.- Devin Ray Spinks, 26, Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of State Street on two counts of violation of terms of probation and a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police.

11:23 p.m.- Terra Ann Powlistha, 49, Eldora, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 30 on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
