2:55 a.m.- Michael Anthony Sell, 59, Eldora, arrested at the Hardin County Jail, Eldora, on charges of unauthorized use of a credit card under $1,000, 5th degree theft on two warrants by Toledo Police. Sentenced and released on April 6 at 2:35 p.m.

March 26

3:13 p.m.- Bret Owen Sampson, 49, Nevada, arrested in the 1500 block of 2305th Street, rural Tama on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 3:50 p.m. after posting cash bond.

3:57 p.m.- Cody Allan Hand, 23, Tama, arrested in the 1400 block of Siegel Street on a charge of violation og conditions of pre-trial release by Tama Police. Released on March 31 at 7:50 p.m. after posting cash bond.

8 a.m.- Aaron Matthew Wells, 49, Sigourney, cited by the Clerk of Court’s Office on a charge of 1st degree fraudulent practice filed by by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8 a.m.- Aaron Matthew Wells, 23. Carthage, Mo., cited by the Clerk of Court’s Office on a charge of 1st degree fraudulent practice filed by by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1 p.m.- Skyler Jerome Johnson, 21, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear Aaron Matthew Wells, 49, Sigourney, cited by the Clerk of Court’s Office on a charge of 1st degree fraudulent practice filed by by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:43 p.m.- Andres Garcia Jr., 36, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of West Madison Street on a warren. Released on March 28 at 11:58 p.m. after posting cash bond.

11:33 a.m.- Easton Wade Anderson, 27, Traer, arrested in the 600 block of Woodlawn, Traer, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 1:50 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

5:41 p.m.- Nicholas William Zook, 32, Traer, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and 130th Street on charges of driving under suspension, speeding, vehicle insurance violation, fail to yield to emergency vehicle and careless driving by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 7:40 p.m. after posting cash bond.
