March 11

4:03 p.m.- Angel Marie Pena, 33, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of 2nd offense possession of a controlled substance, 2nd offense possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of a prescription drug by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on March 18 at 12:10 p.m. after posting cash bond.

March 12

9:40 a.m.- Darin Curtis Stark, 33, Belle Plaine, arrested in the 00 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 4th degree criminal mischief by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

12:54 p.m.- Jason Lee Opheim, 34, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of State Street on charges of domestic abuse assault with injury, interference with official acts- bodily injury and interference- remove radio from officer by Tama Police and assault causing injury to police officer by Toledo Police. Released for March 31 at 7:40 p.m. on condition noted as other.

6:03 p.m.- Richard Derek Wolf, 45, rural Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Red Earth Drive, rural Tama, on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

March 14

8 p.m.- Nathan Eugene Priske, 38, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 24 at 11:40 a.m. after serving time.

8:40 p.m.- Austin Colin Fiebelkorn, 24, Marion, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and P Avenue on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, obstructing prosecution, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 6 at 4:40 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

March 15

1:34 a.m.- Willis Wade Wrase-Lasely, 37, rural Tama, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, waterloo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation, a warrant for failure to appear and for Tribal Court by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:34 p.m.- Jennider Kayse Jane Barkalow, 25, Traer, arrested at the Marshall county Jail, rural Marshalltown, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on ?April 3 at 6:40 a.m. on order of the court.

9:06 p.m.- Skyler Jerome Johnson, 21, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of East Quail Road on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

March 16

11:38 a.m.- Robert James Morgan, 28, Tama, arrested the Tama County courthouse, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 23 at 4:40 p.m. after serving time.

5:15 p.m.- John Thomas Schroeder, 19, River Forest, Ill., arrested at 270th Street and W Avenue, rural elberon, on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 20 at 2:29 p.m. on personal recognizance bon.d

March 17

10:54 a.m.- Heather Sue Leohr, 30, Evansdale, arrested in the 300 block of 2nd Avenue on charges of 3rd degree theft and driving while barred by Toledo Police. Released at 3:15 p.m. on surety bond.

Juvenile arrested in the 300 block of Park Street on charges of assault causing bodily injury and 3rd degree harassment by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other details were provided in the Arrest Press Log.

1:35 p.m.- Devin Ray Spinks, 26, Tama, arrested at the Tama County courthouse, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11 p.m. on order of the court.

6:06 p.m.- Franklin Blaine Gillum, 19, Montezuma, arrested in Poweshiek County on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and on two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:15 p.m.- Colby Scott Hill, 25, homeless arrested at the Linn county Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of temrs of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
