Released at 10:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.1:28 a.m.- Felisha Ruby Kapayou, 24, rural Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of Highway 30, Montour, on charges of driving while barred, speeding violation of a restricted license and vehicle insurance violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:54 a.m.- Jason Wade Lamfers, 42, Dysart, arrested at Iowa Highway 8 and X Avenue, Dysart, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, speeding and open container on alcohol in a motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:10 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:55 a.m.- Joann Louise McCoy, 33, Dysart, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 5th degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.11:59 p.m.- Lal Sai Lova, 33, Tama, arrested at 9th and State streets on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, stop sign violation and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by Tama Police.
