March 10

3:40 p.m.- Thomas Jeremy Lopez, 22, Marshalltown, arrested in Marshalltown on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:55 p.m.- Robert Michael Rooks, 41, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:49 p.m.- Alisia Marie Weaver, 31, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Sentenced and released on March 17 at 8:20 a.m.

March 11

1:13 a.m.- Timothy Dean Blocker, 45, rural Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of Highway 30 West, Toledo, on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 12:45 p.m. after pleading guilty.

4:03 p.m.- Angel Marie Pena, 33, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of possession of controlled substance- 2nd offense, possession of marijuana- 2nd offense and unlawful possession of prescription drug by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on March 18 at 12:10 p.m.after posting cash bond.

March 12

11:39 a.m.- Macie Kae Medina, 22, Tama, arrested in the 1200 block of East 5th Street on a charge of violation of terms of pre-trial release and on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police.

12:54 p.m.- Jason Lee Opheim, 34, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of State Street on charges of domestic abuse assault with injury, interference with official acts-bodily injury and interference- remove radio from a police officer filed by Tama Police and assault causing bodily injury to police officer or others filed by Toledo Police. Released on March 17 at 3:50 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:03 p.m.- Richard Derek Wolf, 45, rural Tama, arrested in the 300 block of red Earth Drive on a warrant by Meskwaki nation Tribal Police.

March 14

8 p.m- Nathan Eugene Priske, 38, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:40 p.m.- Austin Collin Fiebelkorn, 24, Marion, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and P Avenue, rural Tama, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, obstructing prosecution, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

March 15

1:34 a.m.- Willis Wade Wrase-Lasley, 37, rural Tama, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear and for Tribal Court by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:34 p.m.- Jennifer Kayse Jane Barakalow, 25, Traer, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, Marshalltown, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:06 p.m.- Skyler Jerome Johnson, 21, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of East Quail Road, rural Tama, on a warrant for failure ot appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

March 16

11:38 a.m.- Robert James Morgan, 28, Tama, arrested at the Courthouse in Toledo on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:15 p.m.- John Thomas Schroeder, 19, River forest, Ill., arrested at 270th and W Avenue, Elberon, on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

March 17

10:54 a.m.- Heather Sue Loehr, 30, Evansdale, arrested in the 300 block of west 2nd Avenue on charfes of 3rd degree theft and driving while barred by Toledo Police. Released at 3:15 p.m. on surety bond.

Juvenile arrested in the 300 block of Park Street on charges of assault causing bodily injury amd 3rd degree harassment by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. N other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

1:35 p.m.- Devin Ray Spinks, 26, Tama, arrested at the Courthosue in Toledo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 18 at 3:10 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:06 p.m.- Franklin Blaine Gillum, 19, Montezuma, arrested in Poweshiek County on charges of possession of a contorlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:15 p.m.- Colby Scott Hill, 25, homeless, arreste at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of temrs of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:03 p.m.- Abdullahi Rage Mohamud, 59, Tama, arresed in hte 300 block of siegel on a charge of 2nd degree theft by Tama Police. Placed on pre-trial relwase at 11:50 a.m. on March 18.

11:43 p.m.- Austin Lee Kriegel, 19, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rurla Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

March 18

!2:13 a.m.- Eric David Eastman, 33, Graettinger, Iowa, arrested at the trading Post, rural Tama, on a charge of driving whil license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:16 a.m. on surety bond.

7:21 p.m.- Mohamed Mowlid Hersi, 31 Toledo,, arrsted in the 100 block of South Broadway on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released on March 19 at 11:05 a.m. after pleading guilty.

11:43 p.m.- Donald Wellington Wanatee Jr., 34, rural Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 12:45 p.m. on surety bond.
