4:42 p.m.- Dale Allen Blackcloud, 58, rural Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East Highway 30 o a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Toledo Police. Released on Feb. 5 at 11:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Feb. 5

2:30 p.m.- Slayne Mathew Rayman, 34, Elberon, arrested at the Benton County Jail, Vinton, as a parole / probation violator by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:20 p.m.- Andre Michael Cruz, 25, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive on charges of intimidation with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct by Toledo Police. Released on Feb. 6 at 11:15 a.m. on a promise to appear.

12:20 a.m.- Dakota Robert McFatridge, 24, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive on a charge of 2nd degree burglary by Toledo Police. Released on Feb. 14 at 6:45 p.m. on surety bond.

11:08 a.m.- Bruce Wayne Green, 65, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of East 13th Street on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on Feb. 7 at 10:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.
