1 p.m.- Issiah Thomas Roberts, 37, rural Montour, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police and on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Jan. 25

1:30 a.m.- Thomas Jeremy Lopez, 22, Marshalltown, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 27 at 2:35 p.m. on order of the court.

8 a.m.- Courtney Dawn Askilden, 23, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on two counts of felony delivery of a Type B controlled substance, controlled substance violation C, possession of weapon / contraband in correctional facility and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police.

7:52 p.m.- Duop Deng, 30, Des Moines, arrested at West 4th and McClellan streets on charges of interference with official acts, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, purchase / possession of alcohol under age 21 and unsafe entry onto sidewalk by Tama Police. Released on Jan. 26 at 1:20 p.m. after pleading guilty.

10:37 p.m.- Mary Ellen Sexton, 61, Cedar Rapids, arrested the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Jan. 26 at 10:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:30 a.m.- Cody Allan Hand, 23, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 3rd degree burglary by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:28 p.m.- Jennifer Kayse Jane Barkalow, 24, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Moin, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:35 p.m. on surety bond.

9:15 p.m.- Raine Danielle Becker, 26, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on three warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:28 a.m.- Lance Eugene Gibson, 26, Toledo, arrested in the 1100 block of south Prospect Drive on charges of possession of a controlled substance and ongoing criminal conduct by Toledo Police.
