Freddy’s favorite characteristics about himself are that he is friendly and nice. Freddy’s siblings are Lilly, Aubri, Naily, and he has a pet named Misty. Freddy’s advice for his classmates is to do their homework and be respectful to teachers.

Almendra Ramirez (5th)

Her dad is Sixto, her mom is Silvia, her sisters are Danielle and Alexandra, and her step-brother is Charlie. Her parakeets are Hercules, Angelica, Leo, and Clara. Her hobbies are drawing, coloring, and playing on an iPad. Almendra would describe herself as weird and smart. Her three best characteristics are being creative, artistic, and smart. Her advice to everyone is to try your best if stuck on something.

Jaden Castanon was the student of the month of December-January for being responsible, and respectful. Jaden is 11 years old in the sixth grade. His hobbies are playing football and sleeping. Jaden describes himself as smart and fun. His best characteristics are that he is nice, awkward, and intelligent. Jaden’s advice for his classmates is to be nice to your teachers and other students. Madelyn Graff (6th)

Congratulations to Madelyn Graff for earning December student of the month at the South Tama County Middle School Madelyn is 12 years old and is in 6th grade. Her family members are her mom Andrea, her dad Curt, and her sister Jaden. Madelyn’s hobby is volleyball, and she describes herself as nice and friendly. Her three best characteristics are caring, responsible, and friendly. Her advice for classmates is to respect your teachers and keep up with your homework.

Grace Novotny (7th)

When I asked her how she would describe herself she answered with awkward and kind. She said her best characteristics were athleticism and personality. Her advice for her classmates is to be respectful to all teachers even if you don’t like them and try your best in school.

Katelyn Purk (7th)

She also has five pets. She loves hanging out with cousins and friends. Katelyn has supporting, caring, and kind friends in her grade. Her advice for her classmates is to be kind to others.
