5:10 p.m.- Theresa Lin Evans, 48, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of Siegel Tama, on a charge of 3rd degree burglary and on a warrant by Tama Police. laced on pre-trial release on Jan. 24 at 11:20 a.m.

8:45 a.m.- Issiah Thomas Roberts, 37, rural Montour, arrested at the Nebraska State Prison, Lincoln, Neb., on charges of 2nd degree theft, 4th degree criminal mischief, two warrants for failure to appear and two affectional warrants by Tama Police.
