9:20 a.m.- Molly Jayne Dahms, 41, Gladbrook, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 1:25 p.m. on order of the court.

12:10 p.m.- Devin Ray Spinks, 26, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, for contempt of court by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:47 p.m.- Lance Tyler Mauskemo, 28, Tama, arrested in the 700 block of Beautiful Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Released on Jan. 14 at 9:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:02 p.m.- Kevin Paul McKeem, 36, Clutier, arrested in the 300 block of 3rd Street, Clutier, om a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 14 at 9:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:53 p.m.- Brodie Lee Clark, 20, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released at 2:25 p.m. after posting cash bond.

3:25 p.m.- Surrell Jade Youngbear, 20, rural Tama, arrested in Marshalltown on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Jan. 16

1:23 p.m.- Davin Ray Spinks, 26, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
