11:05 a.m.- David Earl Mask, 64, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton Street on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released at 5:30 p.m. on a promise to appear.
4:30 p.m.- Patricia Diane Benter, 35, rural Dysart, arrested in the 100 block of North Main Street, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 8:15 p.m. after posting cash bond.
5:51 p.m.- Serei Mystique Bear, 20, Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of Sesame Drive on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Released at 8:15 p.m. after posting cash bond.
10:37 p.m.- Glen Edward Menter, 21, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a charge of 1st offense sex offender registry violation and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 12 at 3:45 p.m. on surety bond.

11:50 a.m.- Renea Lorraine Morrison, 43, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 5th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
3:20 p.m.- Marlena Inez Choneska, 40 , rural Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of Meskwaki Road, rural Tama, on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police.
5:02 p.m.- Jeffrey John Stoneking, 37, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a charge of lottery ticket theft or forgery by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Jan. 12 at 10:35 a.m.
10:43 p.m.- Quincy Ray Lasley, 30, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Highway 30 West , Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:11 a.m.- Deven Ray Spinks, 26, Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of State Street on charges of domestic abuse assault – 3rd or subsequent offense, 4th degree criminal mischief, interference with official acts and driving while license suspended by Tama Police.
8 a.m.- Jerel Houston Moore, 22, Iowa City, arrested in the 100 block of Battleground Road, rural Tama, on a charge of violation of terms of pre-trial release by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred at 10:45 a.m.
7:43 p.m.- Landon Robert Flickinger, 28, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 9:30 p.m. on surety bond.
