2:42 p.m.- Martin Cruz-Olivares, 56, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released at 3:35 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

7:07 p.m.- Anthony Faey Davison, 30, Garwin, arrested in the 100 block of Park Street, Garwin, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, ;leaving the scene of an injury accident, false report of indictable crime, public intoxication, driving while license suspended, and failure to maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:25 p.m. on surety bond.

Jan. 8

6 a.m.- Erica Renee Walker, 37, rural Tama, arrested as a probation / parole violator in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:15 p.m.- Quentin Paul McGachey, 33, Toledo, arrested on the 200 block of N. Center Street on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and driving while license suspended by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 9 at 12:10 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Jan. 9

5:33 a.m.- Wayne Paul Johnson Jr., 43, Jefferson, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Placed on pre-trial release at 11:05 a.m.

5:45 a.m.- Amanda Jacquelyn Collins, 29, Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 3rd degree burglary by Toledo Police.

9:17 a.m.- Robert James Morgan, 28, Tama, arrested in the 500 block of McClellan Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Placed on pre-trial release at 11:15 a.m.

Juvenile arrested in the 600 block of Walnut Street on a charge of simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

4:30 p.m.- Amanda Jacquelyn Collins, 29, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:33 p.m.- Lori Lyn Mason 45, Gladbrook, arrested in the 1600 block of 230th Street, rural Garwin, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and reckless driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 10 at 10:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
