10:28 a.m.- Robert Craig Lundeen, 62, Des Moines, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of 2nd offense possession of controlled substance, 3rd or subsequent offense possession of marijuana, possession of weapon ‘ contraband in a correctional facility and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 7:30 p.m. on surety bond.

4:35 p.m.- Patricia Diane Benters, 35, Belle Plaine, arrested as a parole / probation violator in the 1300 block of 61st Street, Belle Plaine, and on warrants for violation of terms of probation and failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Jan. 3

4:54 a.m.- Devin Ray Spinks, 26, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of west 13th Street, on charges of eluding, reckless driving, driving while license suspended, improper rear lamp and failure to obey stop sign by Tama Police and on a charge of 3rd degree harassment by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 4 at 12:41 a.m. after posting cash bond.

Jan. 4

Midnight- Courtney Dawn Askildsen, 23, Tama, arrested in an unnoted location on the Arrest Press Log on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Tama Police.

3:13 a.m.- Joanna Endicott Wellman, 34, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

10:08 a.m.- Eric Gregory Warren Wacha, 46, Toledo, arrested in the 1500 block of 205th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 2:15 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:54 a.m.- Courtney Dawn Askildsen, 23, Tama, arrested in the 3300 block of L Ave., Tama, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two warrants by Tama Police. Released at 6:15 p.m. on surety bond.

11:24 a.m.- Daniel Lee Degner, 54, rural Dysart, arrested in Grundy County on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Ofifce.

5:03 p.m.- Shawn Corbett Bolduc Jr., 21, Bargersville, ind., arrested in ht5e 100 block of North Mian Street, Toleod, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheirff’s Office.
