3:11 p.m.- Michael John Baker, 50, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

12:15 a.m.- Joy Carmelle Keahna, 25, rural Tama, arrested in the 1700 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on two counts of child endangerment – no injury, 1st offense drunken driving and on three warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 3 at 10:25 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

12:32 a.m.- Gary Lee Shaw, 53, Marshalltown, arrested at U.S. Highways 30 and 63, Toledo, on a charge of driving while license suspended.

2:02 a.m.- Jared Michael Youngbear, 21, rural Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 West on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 19 at 8:35 p.m. after posting cash bond.

8:22 a.m.- Hoonch Penashe Cleveland, 33, Winnebago, Neb., arrested in the 600 block of Meskwaki Road on a charge of driving without a license by Tama Police. Released at 10:50 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9:25 p.m.- Robert James Morgan, 25, Tama, arrested at LeGrand on charges of 2nd degree theft and on a warrant by Tama Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Dec. 29 at 2:55 p.m.

9:38 p.m.- Lonnie Douglas Poweshiek, 49, rural Montour, arrested in the 300 block of Main Street, Garwin, on charges of3rd offense drunken driving, driving while barred and disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
