The Tama County Historic Preservation Commission will conduct a public meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2017. The meeting is at the Tama Civic Center, 305 Siegel Street, Tama.

Agenda items include: Updates, Projects, and Review and Discussion of the National Register of Historic Places nomination for the First United Brethren Church, Toledo. A copy of the nomination is available at the Tama County Courthouse and at the Toledo Public Library and accompanies this article in pdf form.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the commission will make a recommendation on the National Register nomination.
