Dec. 1

8:34 p.m.- Julio Cedar Razo-Aguilar, 24, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of red Earth Drive , rural Tama, on two counts of violation of a no contact / protective order and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Dec. 2 at 9 p.m. on surety bond.

Dec. 2

6:31 p.m.- Theron Dale Garcia, 23, Toledo, arrested in the 700 block of East State street on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released at 8:55 p.m. on surety bond.

9:35 p.m.- Paul James Hopkins, 24, Liscomb, arrested at the Marshall County line on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 3 at 12:17 a.m. on surety bond.

Dec. 3

12:03 a.m.- Robert DeWayne Wilmington, 47, Des Moines, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, on a warrant for failure to appear and a second warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 8 at 5:05 p.m. after serving time.

7:05 p.m.- Douglas Christopher Stamp, 34, Gladbrook, arrested in the 200 block of 5th Street, Gladbrook, on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, failure to maintain control of vehicle and open container of alcohol in motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
