Dec. 1

12:50 p.m.- Brodie Lee Clark, 20, Tama, arrested in the 160 block of U.S. Highway 30 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 3:20 p.m. after posting cash bond.

3:18 p.m.- Jade Lynne Wanatee, 19. Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on dec. 9 at 2:50 p.m. after serving time.

3:54 p.m.- Trevor Drew Clinton, 30, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Northwood and Red Earth drives, rural Toledo, on charges of possession of a controlled substance – 3rd or subsequent offense, possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense, possession of a weapon / contraband in a correctional facility, driving while barred and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 10:37 p.m. on surety bond.

3:54 p.m.- Chelsea Elizabeth Hamilton-Martens, 27, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Northwood and Red Earth drives, rural Toledo, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 10:20 p.m. on surety bond.
