Dear Forrest,
Thank you for protecting our country so that we have the freedom to go to school. In school we are learning how to write about what we are going to be when we grow up. I know that when I am writing you are protecting our country. I hope you have a good Thanksgiving and chistmas.
Thank you for protecting our country.

Dear Soldier,
Merry Christmas!
I’m a third grader at STC Elementary in Iowa. At our school, our theme this year is super Heroes! You are our super Hero!
I wish you could be home for Christmas. We had a Veteran’s Day program.
It was cool. We invited vetrans to come. There was a lot of clappingfor them. There’s 3 thing I do every Christmas. First, I throw snowballs at my brother, second, I build a snowman. and third, I enjoy Christmas with my family.
Happy holidays,
Zane
