Nov. 20
12:15 p.m.- Wayne Paul Johnson Jr., 43, Jefferson, Iowa, arrested at Business Highway 30 and l Avenue, Tama, on charges of 2nd degree theft, 1st offense drunken driving, driving while license revoked, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and violation of one-way traffic by Toledo Police.
Nov. 21
2:35 a.m.- Arcelo Lynn Myers, 32, Des Moines, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
7:28 a.m.- Christie Janel Alamo, 34, rural Tama, arrested in the 1700 block of Harding on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released at 3:30 p.m. after posting cash bond.
10 a.m.- Quinten Duran Nelson, 26, Des Moines, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road, rural Tama, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred at 12:35 p..m
12:48 p.m.- Christian Seth Styles, 37, West Des moines, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 5th degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 22 at 2:20 p.m. after serving time.
7:37 p.m.- Brittany Ann Sells, 27, homeless, arrested in the 200 block of Highway 30 west on two warrants for failure to appear by Toledo Police.
Nov. 22
3:16 a.m.- Christopher Wayne Haller, 31, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 100 block of West 3rd Street on charges of domestic abuse assault with injury, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant by Tama Police.
1 p.m.- Jeremiah Lee Johnson, 40, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
4:19 p.m.- Joshua Anthony Stansberry, 33, Traer, arrested at 2nd and Taylor streets, Traer, on charges of possession of a controlled substance- 3rd or subsequent offense and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on Nov. 23 at 11@5 a.m. on perusal recognizance bon.d
Nov. 23
11:34 a.m.- Norma Jean Johnson, 49, Traer, arrested at 1st and Levering streets, traer, on a charge of driving without a license by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
