9 a.m.- Barry Bruce Evans, 43, Marshalltown, arrested in court on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 6:15 p.m. on surety bond.

3:35 p.m.- Theresa Lin Evans, 48, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of West 13th Street o a warrant by Tama Police. Released at 5:15 p.m. on surety bond.

9:04 p.m.- James Alan Zielstorf Jr., 34, Garwin, arrested at Highway E29 and F Avenue, rural Garwin, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, headlight violation and violation of a restricted license by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 18 at 12:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Nov. 18

1:28 p.m.- Colby Scott Hill, 25, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshalltown residential Center on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:39 p.m.- Willie Fitzgerald Ford, 48, Marshalltown, arrested at E27 and B Avenue, Garwin, on a charge of driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Nov. 19

12:29 p.m.- Hung Van Vo, 40, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
