3:51 a.m.- Christian Seth Styles, 37, West Des Moines, arrested in 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on nov. 22 at 2:20 p.m. after serving time.

9:22 a.m.- Kathy Jo Overland, 57, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of s. Prospect Drive on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Toledo Police. Released on Nov. 16 at 10:31 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:30 p.m.- Dana Michael Graff, 36, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of Park Street on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by Tama Police. Released on nov. 16 at 10:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:30 p.m.- Selah Chante Cheyenne DeMarce, 25, Tama, arrested in the 1`000 block of Park Street, on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by Tama Police. Released on Nov. 16 at 10:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:15 p.m.- Saad Abbasi, 23, Waterloo, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 at M Avenue on charges of making a false report to law enforcement, driving while license suspended and speeding the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:40 p.m.- Saad Abbasi, 23, Waterloo, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 at M Avenue on a charge of false report to law enforcement by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:57 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Nov. 16

11:31 p.m.- Nicholas Robert Kemmerling, 36, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 17 at 5:30 p.m. on surety bond.
