Nov. 6

4:03 p.m.- Surreal Jade Youngbear, 20, rural Tama, arrested at 340th Street and U.S. Highway 63, rural Tama, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and striking fixture upon highway by Tama Police.

6:35 p.m.- Diane Michelle Kilberger, 47, Iowa City, arrested at U.S. 30 mile marker 212, rural Chelsea on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 7 at 5:39 a.m. after posting cash bond.

Nov. 7

Justin Michael McGee, 25, McKinney, Texas, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of assault causing injury to police officer or certain other occupation, assault causing bodily injury, interference with official acts – bodily injury, disorderly conduct and public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Nov. 17 at 4:30 p.m. after serving time.

Nov. 8

12:12 a.m.- Todd Anthony Vallie, 27, Tama, arrested at West 13th and Country Club Drive on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released at 10:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.

7:45 p.m.- Jeremy Michael Rayman, 35, Elberon, arrested on 2nd Avenue, Elberon, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 9 at 10:05 p.m. on surety bond.

7:55 p.m.- Blake Brenton Buffalo, 27, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Hall Street for violation of terms of pre-trial release by Tama Police. Released on Nov. 18 at 4:45 p.m. after posting cash bond.

8:14 p.m.- Rachelle Ann McFatridge, 26, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 3800 block of T Avenue, rural Chelsea, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 10 at 10:35 a.m. on order of the court.
