Nov. 5
1:30 a.m.- Kennon Jean Harter, 39, Marion, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 12:40 p.m. after posting cash bond.
3:01 p.m.- Derrick Kevin Mauskemo, 33, rural Tama, arrested at Toledo City Park on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 6 at 11:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
5:15 p.m.- Lance Tyler Mauskemo, 28, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of South County Road on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police.
Nov. 6
1:28 a.m.- Martin James Metz, 59, rural Montour, arrested in the 2900 block of F Avenue, rural Montour, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released ta 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
2:18 a.m.- Thomas Mitchell Butler, 20, rural Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of Sesame Drive, on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Tama Police.
4:47 a.m.- Blake Brenton Buffalo, 27, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Harmon Street on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and driving while barred by Tama Police.
