10:29 a.m.- Carlton George Vinsick Jr., 39, Indianola, arrested in Warren County on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:35 p.m.- Hunter Joe Wegner, 18, Gladbrook, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Juvenile arrested in the 3200 block of M Avenue on a charge of disorderly conduct. No other information was provide in the Press arrest Log.

Oct. 30

2:37 a.m.- Miguel Manuel Antonio, 38, Tama, arrested at East 5th and Beautiful streets on a charge of driving without a license by Tama Police. Released at 10:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

12:05 p.m.- Kurt Alan Olson, 58, rural Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 1st offense violation of sex offender registry and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Oct. 31

6 p.m.- Jesse H. Ortiz, 36, Toledo, arrested in the Kwik Star parking lot on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released on Nov. 1 at 11 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9:43 p.m.- Katie Lynn Wacha, 29, Waterloo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of assault using / display of weapon and two counts of child endangerment / no injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Released on Nov. 1 at 10:27 a.m. on surety bond.

Nov. 1

1:58 a.m.- Louis Jerome Wacha, 36, Toledo, arrested in the 900 block of south Broadway on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Toledo Police.

4:10 a.m.- Serei Mistique Bear, 20, Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of sesame drive on charges of child endangerment / no injury and possession / purchase alcohol under age 21 by Tama Police.. Placed on pre-trial release at 11:55 a.m.

5:41 a.m.- Louis Jerome Wacha, 36, Toledo, arrested in the 900 block of South Broadway on charges of controlled substance violation, possession of a controlled substance in premises / vehicle / dwelling, possession of controlled substance marijuana – 3rd or subsequent offense and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police.
