Toledo Chapter DF of P.E.O. is preparing for its annual Apple Pie Fundraiser.

The group will prepare 100 crumb crust apple pies Saturday, Nov. 19.

Orders were solicited around the community and members of Chapter DF will have all hands on deck to work to fulfill the orders.

The pie-making organizer, Michelle Musgrave, works with Fareway Grocery store as the source for apples.

Recipe lists have been developed and our best dough-makers and dough-rollers are in warm-up mode.

This is the third year that Chapter DF will be making pies and the assembly lines are primed. Money raised is used to support P.E.O. projects, local scholarships, and other local programs.
