7:31 p.m.- Horacio David Shadden, 20, Tama, arrested at 305th Street and F Avenue, rural Tama, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 26 at 10:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:06 p.m.- Jennifer Kayse Jane Barkalow, 24, Traer, arrested in the 1000 block of south Prospect Drive on two warrants for failure to appear by Toledo Police.

7:16 p.m.- Kevin William McCarthy, 53, Hinton, Iowa, arrested in the 1900 block of U.S. Highway 30, Toledo, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Released on Oct. 27 at 4:28 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

9:32 p.m.- Elsie Marie Dolash, 26, Tama, arrested in the 700 block of West Ross Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 28 at 9:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:40 p.m.- Tedlana Jo Halverson, 51, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:35 p.m.- Eric Anthony Rea, 21, Bernard, Iowa, arrested in the 100 block of U.S. Highway 30, Toledo, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and unsafe lane change by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 29 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:07 a.m.- Robert Daniel Needs, 39, Garwin, arrested at 2nd and Rider streets, Garwin, on a charge of public intoxication by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 29 at 6:35 p.m. on cash bond.
