2:49 p.m.- David Jerald McMenamin, 18, Blairsburg, Iowa, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and AA Avenue on a charge of 2nd degree theft by the Iowa State Patrol.

4:40 p.m.- Skip Raymond Huselton, 58, Billingham, Wash., arrested in the 1000 block of South County Road on charges of public intoxication and criminal trespassing by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 25 at 11:25 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9:37 a.m.- Kurt Alan Olson, 58, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2400 block of 270th Street, rural Toledo, on three charges of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and two counts of indecent contact with a child by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
