Oct. 20

9:10 a.m.- Dustin Reed Susie, 30, Beaman, arrested in the 100 block of E. Carleton on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Transferred at 4:40 p.m.

Noon- Jamison Allyn Wyatt, 22, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:31 p.m.- Dustin Matthew Imhoff, 33, Central City, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 at T Avenue, rural Chelsea, on charges of driving while barred and operating without registration by the Iowa State Patrol.

Oct. 21

1:45 a.m.- Tonya Maxine Harris, 36, Tama, arrested at West 1th and McClellan, Tama, on charges of driving while license suspended and speeding by Toledo Police. Released at 3:01 a.m. after posting cash bond.

8 a.m.- Nicole Danielle Hansen, 33, Traer, cited to court on two counts of child endangerment / no injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:09 a.m.- George Donald Briggs Jr., 38, Montour, arrested in the 300 block of East Jacobs Street, Montour, on charges of 2nd offense possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:40 p.m.- Louis Jerome Wacha, 36, Toledo, arrested in the 900 block of South Broadway on charges of disorderly conduct and driving while license suspended by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 22 at 9:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:11 p.m.- James Robert Barnard, 28, Grinnell, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 22 at 9:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:45 p.m.- Bradely Joseph Leyse, 33, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Marion Police department on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:25 p.m.- Reyes Puentes-Lopez, 44, Montour, arrested at South Main street at Union Pacific Railroad crossing, Montour, on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, driving while license revoked, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and stopped / parked where prohibited by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Oct. 22 at 10:15 a.m.

Oct. 22

8:01 a.m.- Steven James Oleson, 44, Marshalltown, arrested on the 1500 block of 305th Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Oct. 23

2:20 a.m.- Jason Omar Grau-Solis, 30, Marshalltown, arrested in the 900 block of South 11th Avenue, Marshalltown, on charges of simple domestic abuse assault, reckless driving and two counts of child endangerment by Toledo Police. Released at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Juvenile arrested in the 1700 block of Harding on charges of possession of a controlled substance in school zone – enhanced and possession of drug paraphernalia by Tama Police. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

Oct. 24

2:49 p.m.- Isiah Anthony Heredia, 18, Boone, arrested at U.S. 30 Expressway at AA?Avenue, rural Montour on charges of 2nd degree theft and driving while license revoked by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on Nov. 1 at 3:38 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.
